PTC Flash is led by experienced, professional, and forward-thinking community leaders. These leaders exemplify the values of the program by giving their time, talents, and service to make sure they build a love of running in every child.

Michael Caulfield: Head Coach, USATF Level 1 Certified, USATF Cross Country Specialist Certified, & Safesport Certified. Michael has served on the board since 2024 and has three Flash athletes.

Rob Isaac: President, has served on the board since 2025 and has two Flash athletes. Community Coach for Starr’s Mill High School Cross Country. Ran Cross Country in college at The Citadel.

Karen Hinson: Assistant Head Coach, USATF Level 1 Certified, USATF Cross Country Specialist Certified, & Safesport Certified. Karen has served on the board since 2023 and has four Flash athletes.

Ben Hendricks: Coach, USATF Level 1 Certified, & Safesport Certified. Ben has served on the board since 2022 and has four Flash athletes.

Angelia Potter: Flash Lite Head Coach, USATF Level 1 Certified. Safesport Certified. Angelia has served on the board since 2024 and has two Flash athletes.

Bob Osvold: Coach, USATF Level 1 Certified. Safesport Certified. Bob has served on the board since 2024 and has one Flash athlete.
