Parent orientation meeting. One Church @6PM

Aug 8th

Fleet Feet event @ The Avenue: Make sure your athlete’s feet are properly fitted for the running season. They offer us a 10% discount for flash athletes at this event. There will be food, music, and games. Fleet feet has everything your athlete will need for road running, trail running, and racing spikes.

Registration for the 2024 fall cross country season is closed.

Registration payments can be made for the via the online if you have registered prior to Aug 13th here in the Store. Please don’t pay a registration fee if you don’t have confirmation of registration now that it is closed.

$300 (Flash - athletes 7-14) includes: team shirt, club fees, race fees, practice facility fees, end of season party

$225 (Flash Lite - athletes 5 & 6 years old) includes: practice Tuesdays and Thursdays, team shirt, club fees, race fees, facility fees, end of season party

$35 Uniform top, $15-20 Uniform shorts

**USATF Membership is required for the post-season Junior Olympic XC Championship Series. From the USATF website: When does my membership expire?

Memberships are on a calendar year basis, and expire on December 31. However, if you join between November 1 and December 31 of the current year, the membership will be valid for the following year as well.

EVERY ATHLETE IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A COPY OF THEIR BIRTH CERTIFICATE ON FILE IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN MEETS. IF YOUR ATHLETE IS NEW THIS YEAR, PLEASE BRING A PHOTOCOPY WITH YOU TO THE FIRST WEEK OF PRACTICE, OR E-MAIL A SCANNED COPY TO running@ptcflash.com (preferred).
