Regular Season Practice
Spring Season Practice Schedule
Fall XC Season (August - December 2025)
PTC Flash (Ages 7-18): Practice is held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 6:00 PM - 7:15 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM unless there is a meet.
PTC Flash-Lite (Ages 5-6): Practice is held Tuesday and Thursday with activities focused on developing a love of running. These athletes also have the option to race at meets.
